目的：提高高血压患者的护理质量，评价健康教育在高血压预防与诊疗方面的价值。方法：对78例高血压患者进行一系列健康教育，随访1年。结果：健康教育前后血压分布情况差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，血压控制达标率增加。结论：加强对高血压患者的健康教育，对减少并发症的发生，提高高血压患者的生活质量是有效的。

목적：제고고혈압환자적호리질량，평개건강교육재고혈압예방여진료방면적개치。방법：대78례고혈압환자진행일계렬건강교육，수방1년。결과：건강교육전후혈압분포정황차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，혈압공제체표솔증가。결론：가강대고혈압환자적건강교육，대감소병발증적발생，제고고혈압환자적생활질량시유효적。
Objective:To improve the quality of nursing in patients with hypertension,to evaluat the value of health education in prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods:We took a series of health education for 78 cases of hypertension patients,and followed up for 1 year.Results:The difference of blood pressure distribution before and after health education difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood pressure control success rate increased.Conclusion:Strengthening health education on hypertension patients is effective to reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension.
