目的：探讨高频电扁桃体切除器切除扁桃体围手术期的护理。方法：2011年5月-2014年2月收治符合扁桃体切除术指征患者200例，行高频电扁桃体切除术。并进行围手术期护理和心理护理。结果：200例中2例术后出血，余无严重并发症，随访满意率98%。结论：扁桃体高频电切除术操作简便，手术时间短，损伤小，出血少，愈合快。做好围手术期的护理，加强心理护理，能更好地配合医生减少患者术后并发症，促进患者早日康复，提高患者满意度。

목적：탐토고빈전편도체절제기절제편도체위수술기적호리。방법：2011년5월-2014년2월수치부합편도체절제술지정환자200례，행고빈전편도체절제술。병진행위수술기호리화심리호리。결과：200례중2례술후출혈，여무엄중병발증，수방만의솔98%。결론：편도체고빈전절제술조작간편，수술시간단，손상소，출혈소，유합쾌。주호위수술기적호리，가강심리호리，능경호지배합의생감소환자술후병발증，촉진환자조일강복，제고환자만의도。
Objective:To investigate the nursing experience of the peri operation period of high frequency electric tonsillectome tonsils operation.Methods:200 patients who consistented with tonsillectomy operation indication were selected from May 2011 to February 2014.They were treated with high frequency electric tonsillectomy.And they were given the peri operation period nursing and psychological nursing.Results:In 200 cases,2 cases of postoperative bleeding,and the other had no serious complications.The follow-up satisfaction rate was 98%.Conclusion:Tonsil high-frequency electric resection has the advantages of simple operation, short operation time,less injury,less bleeding,faster healing.Good nursing in peri operation period and strengthening the psychological nursing can cooperate with the doctor reduce postoperative complications better,promote the patient a speedy recovery,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
