目的：总结胫骨平台骨折患者围手术期护理方法及疗效。方法：2012年12月-2014年1月收治胫骨平台骨折患者127例，参考Schatzker分型，Ⅰ型37例、Ⅱ型21例、Ⅲ型23例、Ⅳ型46例。术前常规摄片及CT检查，根据不同情况予以早期24 h内手术及消肿后手术治疗处理。术后抬高患肢，根据患者病情制定相应护理方案。结果：所有患者均3～4个月内骨性愈合，3例出现伤口愈合不良，经后期换药后痊愈。未发现骨筋膜室综合征等早期并发症。随访8～24个月未发现创伤性关节炎及膝关节畸形愈合。予以患者HSS评分，优61例，良36例，可27例，差3例，优良率76.38%。结论：在治疗胫骨平台骨折时，根据不同骨折类型、软组织损伤程度及手术方式采取相应准确的围手术期护理，对确保手术效果及术后恢复具有积极作用。

목적：총결경골평태골절환자위수술기호리방법급료효。방법：2012년12월-2014년1월수치경골평태골절환자127례，삼고Schatzker분형，Ⅰ형37례、Ⅱ형21례、Ⅲ형23례、Ⅳ형46례。술전상규섭편급CT검사，근거불동정황여이조기24 h내수술급소종후수술치료처리。술후태고환지，근거환자병정제정상응호리방안。결과：소유환자균3～4개월내골성유합，3례출현상구유합불량，경후기환약후전유。미발현골근막실종합정등조기병발증。수방8～24개월미발현창상성관절염급슬관절기형유합。여이환자HSS평분，우61례，량36례，가27례，차3례，우량솔76.38%。결론：재치료경골평태골절시，근거불동골절류형、연조직손상정도급수술방식채취상응준학적위수술기호리，대학보수술효과급술후회복구유적겁작용。
Objective:To summarize nursing methods and curative effect of patients with fracture of tibial plateau in the peri operation period.Methods: 127 patients with tibial plateau fractures were selected from December 2012 to January 2014,with reference to the Schatzker type,type Ⅰ 37 cases,type Ⅱ 21 cases,type Ⅲ 23 cases,46 cases of type Ⅳ.Preoperative routine radiography and CT examination,according to different circumstances to be early 24 h operation and operated after swelling.After the operation,raised the affected limb,according to the patient's condition to formulate the corresponding nursing plan.Results:All patients were in the range of bone healing in 3~4 months,3 cases with poor wound healing,by the late cured after dressing change. No osteofascial compartment syndrome and other early complications.Followed up for 8~24 months found no traumatic arthritis of knee deformity.We made patients do HSS score,excellent in 61 cases,good in 36 cases,satisfactory in 27 cases,poor in 3 cases. The excellent and good rate was 76.38% .Conclusion:In the treatment of tibial plateau fractures,according to different type of fracture,soft tissue injury degree and operative way to take corresponding accurate perioperative nursing,to ensure the effect of surgery and postoperative recovery has a positive role.
