目的：探讨检验科与护理人员沟通对分析前质量控制的影响，并总结有效的干预措施以提高临床标本采集、检验质量。方法：对检验科检验标本及不合格标本进行综合分析，并对不合格标本及标本源采取针对性干预措施，比较干预后标本的不合格率及检验质量控制效果。结果：干预前采集标本10169例，不合格标本217例(2.13%)；干预后采集标本10053例，不合格标本72例(0.72%)，干预前后不合格例数比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：检验科通过加强与护理人员的沟通，通过入院后进一步再教育及专业技术培训等，同时注重标本分析前质量控制各个环节的管理，对提高标本送检质量、分析前质量控制具有重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of inspection department and nursing staff communication on the quality control before analysis,and summarize the effective intervention measures to improve the clinical specimen collection,quality inspection. Methods:We carry the comprehensive analysis on the laboratory test specimens and unqualified specimen,and targeted intervented on the unqualified specimen and specimen source.We compared the specimens unqualified rate and quality control inspection effect after the intervention.Results:We collected 10 169 cases of specimens before the intervention,and the unqualified specimens were 217 cases(2.13%).We collected 10 053 samples after the intervention,and the unqualified specimen were 72 cases(0.72%).The unqualified cases difference of before and after the intervention had significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The laboratory through strengthen communication with the nursing staff,through the further re education and professional and technical training after the admission,and focusing on the management of all aspects of the sample quality control, it is very important to improve the quality of specimens,pre analysis quality control.
