目的：探讨采取辛芩颗粒结合氯雷他定共同治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用价值。方法：2009年9月-2013年12月收治变应性鼻炎患者76例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予氯雷他定治疗，观察组给予辛芩颗粒联合氯雷他定治疗，比较两组治疗效果以及不良反应。结果：观察组总体有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组与对照组均没有出现严重不良反应，差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：采取辛芩颗粒结合氯雷他定共同治疗变应性鼻炎，能够使相关症状得到明显改善，不良反应较轻，具有临床推广价值。

목적：탐토채취신금과립결합록뢰타정공동치료변응성비염적림상응용개치。방법：2009년9월-2013년12월수치변응성비염환자76례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여록뢰타정치료，관찰조급여신금과립연합록뢰타정치료，비교량조치료효과이급불량반응。결과：관찰조총체유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조여대조조균몰유출현엄중불량반응，차이불구유통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：채취신금과립결합록뢰타정공동치료변응성비염，능구사상관증상득도명현개선，불량반응교경，구유림상추엄개치。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of Xin Qin granule combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:76 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected from September 2009 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated with loratadine,and the observation group was given Xin Qin granule combined with loratadine.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared.Results:The overall efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);two groups had no serious adverse reactions,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xin Qin granule combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can improve symptoms, with mild adverse reactions, and it has clinical value.
