目的：观察子午流注针法为主治疗膀胱经型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：2008年1月-2013年12月收治膀胱经型腰椎间盘突出症患者360例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，各180例，治疗组采用子午流注取穴加常规取穴，对照组采用常规取穴，观察两组疗效进行比较。结果：经过2个疗程的治疗，治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.33%和86.66%，两组之间总有效率差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：子午流注针法加常规取穴治疗膀胱经型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效明显优于常规取穴治疗。
목적：관찰자오류주침법위주치료방광경형요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법：2008년1월-2013년12월수치방광경형요추간반돌출증환자360례，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，각180례，치료조채용자오류주취혈가상규취혈，대조조채용상규취혈，관찰량조료효진행비교。결과：경과2개료정적치료，치료조화대조조적총유효솔분별위93.33%화86.66%，량조지간총유효솔차이존재통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：자오류주침법가상규취혈치료방광경형요추간반돌출증적료효명현우우상규취혈치료。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of ziwuliuzhu needling method in the treatment of bladder herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:360 cases of bladder herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc were selected from January 2008 to December 2013,which were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 180 cases in each.Patients in the treatment group were treated with ziwuliuzhu points plus conventional acupuncture.The control group were treated with conventional acupoints.Then we observed and compared the curative effect between two groups.Results:The total efficiency after 2 courses of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 86.66%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of bladder herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc is obviously better than that of the conventional acupuncture.
