目的：观察参麦注射液治疗中度急性氯气中毒疗效。方法：将68例急性中度氯气中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组34例，对照组采用常规急救措施，治疗组在对照组西医治疗基础上，加用参麦注射液，治疗7 d，观察总有效率；检测患者体温、血白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、肝肾功能、胸部影像、心电图变化。结果：7 d后两组患者症状体征较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05)，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：参麦注射液辅助治疗急性中度氯气中毒可改善患者临床症状和免疫功能，疗效确切。
목적：관찰삼맥주사액치료중도급성록기중독료효。방법：장68례급성중도록기중독환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조34례，대조조채용상규급구조시，치료조재대조조서의치료기출상，가용삼맥주사액，치료7 d，관찰총유효솔；검측환자체온、혈백세포계수、C반응단백、간신공능、흉부영상、심전도변화。결과：7 d후량조환자증상체정교치료전명현개선(P＜0.05)，치료조료효명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：삼맥주사액보조치료급성중도록기중독가개선환자림상증상화면역공능，료효학절。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shen Mai injection in adjuvant treatment of moderate chlorine poisoning. Methods:68 patients with acute moderate chlorine poisoning were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each group.The control group were given routine emergency measures,and the treatment group were given Shen Mai injection on the basis of the control group,with the treatment of 7 days.We observed the total efficiency;body temperature , white blood cell counts,C reactive protein,liver and kidney function,chest imaging,electrocardiogram changes were detected. Results:After 7 days,compared with before treatment,symptoms and signs of the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shen Mai injection treatment of moderate acute chlorine poisoning can improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of patients.The curative effect is exact.
