Curriculum system is an important link in postgraduate training, especially for cultivating innovative talents under the industry-university-research cooperation . This paper discussed the necessity of personnel training under industry-university-research cooperation, analyzed five key factors for innovative curriculum system settings, including training target, course characteristics and influencing factors, curriculum function, optimization and adjustment of curriculum structure, implementation and evaluation of curriculum system.
