The experiential outward bound refers to that the trainers are inspired in psychology to explore their own potential in the process of solving problem. The outward bound has become a common form of modern enterprises for staff training. In Kunming, during the"Twelfth Five-Year"period, the enterprises carry out outward bound to improve the basic quality of new young employees, incorporate them into the enterprise team efficiently and reflect their value, and also indirectly increase productivity and facilitate the development of production and technological progress. It is the necessary requirement for the enterprise development and the urgent needs for the enterprise reform and innovation under socialist market economy to strengthen the outward bound of new employees.
