目的：探讨阻抗控制子宫内膜切除系统(诺舒)对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：2013年6月-2014年1月收治围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者23例，采用诺舒进行治疗，术后1个月、3个月、6个月门诊随访，观察其临床疗效及并发症。结果：23例患者手术均顺利完成，术中和术后均无并发症发生。手术平均时间97 s，平均出血量＜10 mL。术后1个月、3个月、6个月的有效率分别为100%(23/23)、95.6%(22/23)、95.6%(22/23)。手术疗效满意。结论：诺舒治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床效果显著。

목적：탐토조항공제자궁내막절제계통(낙서)대위절경기공능실조성자궁출혈적림상료효。방법：2013년6월-2014년1월수치위절경기공능실조성자궁출혈환자23례，채용낙서진행치료，술후1개월、3개월、6개월문진수방，관찰기림상료효급병발증。결과：23례환자수술균순리완성，술중화술후균무병발증발생。수술평균시간97 s，평균출혈량＜10 mL。술후1개월、3개월、6개월적유효솔분별위100%(23/23)、95.6%(22/23)、95.6%(22/23)。수술료효만의。결론：낙서치료위절경기공능실조성자궁출혈림상효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of impedance controlled endometrial ablation system(NovaSure) for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:23 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected from June 2013 to January 2014.We used the connaught shu treatment.We follow-up outpatient after 1 month,3 months,6 months of the surgery,to observe its clinical curative effect and complications.Results:23 patients were successfully completed the operation.There were no complications occurred in intraoperative and postoperative.The average operation time was 97 s,and the average bleeding volume was less than 10 mL.The effective rate after 1 month,3 months,6 months were 100%(23/23),95.6%(22/23),95.6%(22/23) respectively.The surgical results was satisfactory.Conclusion:The clinical effect of NovaSure in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant.
