目的：探讨老年人应激性溃疡的临床特点。方法：2009年1月-2013年12月收治应激性溃疡致上消化道出血患者65例，其中老年组(60～90岁)35例及非老年组(15～59岁)30例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：老年组症状重，发生失血性休克17例，非老年组症状轻，发生失血性休克7例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.9，P＜0.01)；老年组死亡7例，非老年组死亡15例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.26，P＜0.01)。结论：老年人应激性溃疡致上消化道出血首发症状为呕血，出血量大而突然，速度快而伴失血性休克。病程间歇较短，合并症多，尤以心肺疾病为多，病死率高。

목적：탐토노년인응격성궤양적림상특점。방법：2009년1월-2013년12월수치응격성궤양치상소화도출혈환자65례，기중노년조(60～90세)35례급비노년조(15～59세)30례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：노년조증상중，발생실혈성휴극17례，비노년조증상경，발생실혈성휴극7례，량조비교차이유통계학의의(χ2=11.9，P＜0.01)；노년조사망7례，비노년조사망15례，량조비교차이유통계학의의(χ2=7.26，P＜0.01)。결론：노년인응격성궤양치상소화도출혈수발증상위구혈，출혈량대이돌연，속도쾌이반실혈성휴극。병정간헐교단，합병증다，우이심폐질병위다，병사솔고。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly people with stress ulcer.Methods:65 patients who were diagnosed as upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by stress ulcer were selected from January 2009 to December 2013, including 35 cases of the elderly group(60~90 years old) and 30 cases of non elderly group(15~59 years old),then we retrospectively analyzed their clinical data.Results:The symptoms of elderly group was serious,with 17 cases occurred hemorrhagic shock,on the contrary;the symptoms of non elderly group was mild,with 7 cases occurred hemorrhagic shock.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ 2=11.9,P<0.01).7 patients died in the elderly group,while 15 patients died in the non elderly group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups( χ 2=7.26,P<0.01). Conclusion:Hematemesis is the initial symptom in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by stress ulcer. Haemorrhage amount is large and all of a sudden,quickly speed and with hemorrhagic shock.Intermittent of course is short,and with multiple complications,particularly in the heart and lung disease,and the mortality is high.
