目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除治疗对糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法：2012年2月-2014年3月收治糖尿病胃轻瘫患者60例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各30例，对照组采用莫沙必利口服治疗，5 mg/次，3次/d，观察组在对照组的基础上加用克拉霉素500 mg/次，2次/d，阿莫西林1000 mg/次，2次/d，奥美拉唑40 mg/次，1次/d，两组均连续治疗2周。结果：观察组显效15例，有效14例，无效1例，总有效率96.7%；对照组显效11例，有效13例，无效6例，总有效率80.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗前Hp阳性24例，Hp阳性率80.0%，治疗后Hp均转阴，对照组治疗前Hp阳性23例，Hp阳性率76.7%，治疗后Hp阳性17例，阴转率43.3%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：Hp根除治疗方案可以明显提高Hp的清除率，提高临床疗效，值得推广。

목적：탐토유문라간균(Hp)근제치료대당뇨병위경탄적림상료효。방법：2012년2월-2014년3월수치당뇨병위경탄환자60례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조，각30례，대조조채용막사필리구복치료，5 mg/차，3차/d，관찰조재대조조적기출상가용극랍매소500 mg/차，2차/d，아막서림1000 mg/차，2차/d，오미랍서40 mg/차，1차/d，량조균련속치료2주。결과：관찰조현효15례，유효14례，무효1례，총유효솔96.7%；대조조현효11례，유효13례，무효6례，총유효솔80.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조치료전Hp양성24례，Hp양성솔80.0%，치료후Hp균전음，대조조치료전Hp양성23례，Hp양성솔76.7%，치료후Hp양성17례，음전솔43.3%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：Hp근제치료방안가이명현제고Hp적청제솔，제고림상료효，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication on the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:60 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were selected from February 2012 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with mosapride oral therapy,5 mg/time,3 times/d.Based on the treatment of mosapride,the observation group were added use of clarithromycin 500 mg/time,2 times/d,amoxicillin 1 000 mg/time,2 times/d,and omeprazole 40 mg/time,1 time/d.Patients in the two groups both were treated for 2 weeks.Results:After treatment,15 cases were markedly effective in the observation group;14 cases of effective;1 cases of invalid;the total efficiency was 96.7%.In the control group,there were 11 cases with markedly effective;13 cases of effective;6 cases of invalid;the total efficiency was 80%.There were statistically significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were 24 cases of Hp positive in the observation group,and the Hp positive rate was 80%;after treatment Hp were negative in all the patients,however,there were 23 cases of Hp positive in the control group before the treatment,and the Hp positive rate was 76.7%;after treatment there were also 17 cases with HP positive,and the negative conversion rate was 43.3% .The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hp eradication therapy can obviously improve the clearance of Hp rate,and also can improve the clinical efficacy,so it is worthy of promotion.
