目的：探讨小剂量叶酸干预治疗对老年H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine，Hcy)水平及臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的影响。方法：2013年1月-2014年3月收治老年 H 型高血压患者180例，随机分为试验组(96例)和对照组(84例)，入选年龄均≥60岁，试验组和对照组均强调生活方式的改变和正规药物降压等常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上同时给予口服小剂量叶酸0.8 mg/d。随访6个月，比较两组患者血浆Hcy水平及baPWV的变化情况。结果：与治疗前及对照组相比，试验组小剂量叶酸治疗6个月后血浆Hcy水平下降显著(P＜0.05)，且baPWV速度有明显减慢(P＜0.05)，而对照组血浆Hcy水平及baPWV速度未见明显变化。结论：叶酸干预治疗可以明显降低老年H型高血压患者血浆Hcy水平，且患者baPWV也有明显改善。
목적：탐토소제량협산간예치료대노년H형고혈압환자혈장동형반광안산(Homocysteine，Hcy)수평급비과맥박파전도속도(baPWV)적영향。방법：2013년1월-2014년3월수치노년 H 형고혈압환자180례，수궤분위시험조(96례)화대조조(84례)，입선년령균≥60세，시험조화대조조균강조생활방식적개변화정규약물강압등상규치료，시험조재상규치료적기출상동시급여구복소제량협산0.8 mg/d。수방6개월，비교량조환자혈장Hcy수평급baPWV적변화정황。결과：여치료전급대조조상비，시험조소제량협산치료6개월후혈장Hcy수평하강현저(P＜0.05)，차baPWV속도유명현감만(P＜0.05)，이대조조혈장Hcy수평급baPWV속도미견명현변화。결론：협산간예치료가이명현강저노년H형고혈압환자혈장Hcy수평，차환자baPWV야유명현개선。
Objective:To investigate the effect of small dose of folic acid to blood homocysteine(Homocysteine,Hcy) level and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) in 180 elderly patients with type H hypertensive.Methods:180 elderly patients with type H hypertensive were selected from March 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(96 cases) and the control group(84 cases).The selected age were over 60 years old.The experimental group and the control group were emphasized lifestyle changes and regular antihypertensive drug and other conventional treatment.The experimental group were given oral low dose folic acid 0.8 mg/d on the basis of routine treatment.Follow up of 6 months,we compared the plasma Hcy levels and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) changes of two groups.Results:Compared with that before the treatment and the control group,after 6 months of the small dose of folic acid treatment,the plasma Hcy level of the test group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the baPWV rate has slowed down significantly(P<0.05),while the levels of plasma Hcy and baPWV speed of the control group had no obvious change.Conclusion:Folic acid intervention treatment can obviously reduce the plasma Hcy levels in patients with elderly patients with type H hypertension,and baPWV were improved obviously.
