目的：探讨经肝动脉加温化疗肝恶性肿瘤的价值。方法：肝恶性肿瘤50例，经肝动脉加温化疗150次。灌注温度43～45℃，流速20～50 mL/min，总量600～1000 mL，时间30～60 min。化疗药物(5-Fu 0.75～1.0 g、MMC 12～20 mg、DDP 60～80 mg)3药联用。结果：经＞2次治疗，随访6～48个月，资料完整50例。近期有效率88.7%(CR 4例，PR 41例，NC 5例)，术中患者均有不同程度的心窝部灼热感、全身发热及出汗等，术后不良反应与常温法相近。结论：通过导管将热疗与化疗相结合的方法治疗肝恶性肿瘤疗效肯定，且没有严重不良反应。
목적：탐토경간동맥가온화료간악성종류적개치。방법：간악성종류50례，경간동맥가온화료150차。관주온도43～45℃，류속20～50 mL/min，총량600～1000 mL，시간30～60 min。화료약물(5-Fu 0.75～1.0 g、MMC 12～20 mg、DDP 60～80 mg)3약련용。결과：경＞2차치료，수방6～48개월，자료완정50례。근기유효솔88.7%(CR 4례，PR 41례，NC 5례)，술중환자균유불동정도적심와부작열감、전신발열급출한등，술후불량반응여상온법상근。결론：통과도관장열료여화료상결합적방법치료간악성종류료효긍정，차몰유엄중불량반응。
Objective:To investigate the value of hepatic artery plus hyperthermic chemotherapy on hepatic malignant tumor. Methods:50 cases of hepatic malignant tumor were treated with chemotherapy of hepatic artery heating for 150 time.Pouring temperature of 43 to 45 ℃,the velocity of 20~50 mL/min,a total of 600~1 000 mL,30~60 min time.Chemotherapy drugs(5-Fu 0.75~1.0 g,MMC 12~20 mg,DDP 60~80 mg) with 3 drugs combined.Results:After 2 or more treatment,and all of the 50 cases were followed up for 6~48 months with complete data.The short-term effective rate was 88.7%(CR 4 cases,PR 41 cases,NC 5 cases).During the operation,the patients had different degree of intraoperative heart burning,fever and sweating,the adverse reaction of postoperative as same with normal temperature technique.Conclusion:The methods of hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy through the catheter have certain curative effect in the treatment of liver malignant tumor,and no serious adverse reaction.
