目的:探讨肌电生物反馈联合作业治疗偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍的疗效。方法:2012年10月-2013年10月收治脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组均给予常规康复治疗和作业治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予肌电生物反馈电刺激。两组于治疗前和治疗30 d 后进行简式 Fugl-Meyer 运动功能、伸腕关节主动活动范围评定。结果:治疗后,两组运动功能、腕关节活动范围较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.01),治疗组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈电刺激能促进偏瘫患者上肢功能改善。

목적:탐토기전생물반궤연합작업치료편탄환자상지공능장애적료효。방법:2012년10월-2013년10월수치뇌졸중편탄환자60례,분위치료조화대조조,각30례。량조균급여상규강복치료화작업치료,치료조재차기출상급여기전생물반궤전자격。량조우치료전화치료30 d 후진행간식 Fugl-Meyer 운동공능、신완관절주동활동범위평정。결과:치료후,량조운동공능、완관절활동범위교치료전균유명현제고(P<0.01),치료조각항지표균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:기전생물반궤전자격능촉진편탄환자상지공능개선。
Objective:To investigate the effect of electromyographic biofeedback combined operation treatment for hemiplegia patients with upper limb dysfunction.Methods: 60 patients with hemiplegic stroke were selected from October 2012 to October 2013.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The two groups were given conventional rehabilitation therapy and occupational therapy.The treatment group also given EMG biofeedback electrical stimulation based on the above treatment.They were given simple type Fugl-Meyer motor function,extension of wrist joint active range of motion evaluation before and after treatment for 30 days.Results:After the treatment,the motor function and wrist range of motion of two groups were significantly improved than those before the treatment(P<0.01).The index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:EMG biofeedback electrical stimulation can promote the function of upper limb improvement in hemiplegic patients.
