This paper researches the role of in quality management in Wechat marketing, analyzes that the attention degrees of Wechat marketing is not enough and planning is not comprehensive through the analysis of the focus of customer concern, leading role, full participation, continued improvement, and full quality management, proposes that enterprise needs to upgrade the attention degrees of Wechat marketing and credibility, feasibility and sharing degrees of Wechat marketing activities, to achieve good results on brand loyalty of customers.
