EPC项目的风险存在于项目全寿命周期的各阶段,每种风险因素与各个阶段均相互关联,互为作用。风险识别是风险管理系统的基础和前提,具有不确定性。针对风险因素的不确定性特点,本文对EPC项目风险管理重要性进行了分析,提出了运用物元可拓理论对EPC项目进行风险因素搜寻,并在此基础上建立可拓识别模型,从而构建风险识别体系,为解决EPC项目风险识别提供了借鉴。

The risk of EPC project exists in every stage of the total project life cycle, and each element of risk and stage are interrelated and influences each other. Risk identification is the basis and premise of the risk management system which is uncertain. According to the uncertain characteristics of the risk elements, this paper analyzes the significance of EPC project risk management. We put forward searching for risk elements by using the theory of matter-element extension EPC project, and build a risk identification system which is based on the extension identification model. Meanwhile, reference for solving the EPC project risk identification is provided.
