This paper presents the incomplete information static game model (Bayesian Nash equilibrium) being applied to the best bidding price offer strategy for construction projects, Composite bidding game model and the reasonable low price game model are established. The game theory model is applied to guide the corresponding bidding in accordance with engineering practice. It has been found that the optimization effect is good when the game theory is applied to bidding.
