Reasonable 3D modeling and mechanical analysis is carried out for the finite element load analysis and calculations of the key bearing component of the roadheader track-pin. And it is compared with the traditional mechanical calculation. The defects of traditional mechanical calculation are found, which provides basis for track-pin finite element calculation method.
