为研究大跨度开口薄壁钢箱梁顶升时局部受力特性,依据实际工程试验模型建立钢箱梁三维精细化有限元模型。基于空间受力分析确定顶升方案,并与现场试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:开口薄壁钢箱梁的抗扭刚度较小,悬臂端倒角处易出现应力集中;通过加劲肋的约束和加固作用,局部变形可得到很好控制。
為研究大跨度開口薄壁鋼箱樑頂升時跼部受力特性,依據實際工程試驗模型建立鋼箱樑三維精細化有限元模型。基于空間受力分析確定頂升方案,併與現場試驗結果進行對比分析。結果錶明:開口薄壁鋼箱樑的抗扭剛度較小,懸臂耑倒角處易齣現應力集中;通過加勁肋的約束和加固作用,跼部變形可得到很好控製。

To study local mechanical characteristics of large span thin-walled steel box girder with open section on jacking-up,a three-dimension refined finite element model for steel box girders is built according to the actual engineering test model.Based on space structural analysis,jacking-up test scheme is determined,the results of which are compared and studied with those of field tests.The results show that the torsional stiffness of thin-walled steel box girder with open section is relatively small,and that the stress is more likely to be concentrated at the end of the cantilever local deformation can be well under control by using stiffeners which play the role of reinforcing and constraining.
