基于两种不同压气机叶顶间隙,研究叶顶间隙对压气机效率、压比等增压器性能参数以及动力经济性、常规气态物排放、进排气情况等柴油机性能参数的影响。结果表明:相同工况下,小叶顶间隙压气机的效率比大叶顶间隙压气机高约3%且高效区域范围更大。装有小叶顶间隙压气机时进气流量增幅达6%;进气中冷后温度有所降低,最大降幅为19%;发动机动力输出增幅达2%;NOx体积排放量减少,最大降幅为15%;THC体积排放量增加,最大增幅为100%。叶顶间隙对CO排放、CO2排放、发动机排气背压及比油耗基本无影响。

Based on two different tip clearances of compressor,this paper analyzed the effect of tip clearance on the performance of turbocharger such as efficiency,pressure ratio,flow,etc.,and the performance of engine such as power,fuel consumption,emission,etc. The results indicate that under the same conditions,the efficiency of the compressor with a smaller tip clearance is about 3%higher than that of the other compressor and the flow of compressor with a smaller tip clearance is at most 6%larger than that of the other. When the engine equips with the compressor with a smaller tip clearance,inlet flow rate increases by 6%and the temperature of inlet flow decreases by 19%. Dynamic of the engine is 2%higher and the emission of NOx is about 15%lower but the emission of THC is at most 100%higher. Tip clearance has no effect on the emission of CO and CO2 and fuel consumption.
