HIV在男男性行为者(MSM)中的传播已受到越来越多的关注,能否有效预防和控制HIV在MSM人群中的传播蔓延,将会对我国艾滋病预防和控制工作产生重要影响.由于社会歧视以及MSM人群本身的隐蔽性,针对MSM人群的艾滋病高危行为干预覆盖面低,HIV检测可接受性差、可及性低.行为网络理论是通过行为关系将个体与个体连接起来形成网络,从而研究个体行为变化对网络整体产生的影响及网络整体特征.此文对行为网络理论在MSM人群艾滋病预防控制领域的应用进行了综述.

In recent years,the spread of HIV infection in MSM (men who have sex with men) has drawn more and more attention in China.Whether can we control the spread of HIV infection among MSM population has important impact on the prevention and control of AIDS in China.Because of social discrimination and the tacit nature of MSM,the coverage of risk behavior intervention in MSM population is low,and HIV detection is poorly accepted and of low accessibility.Social network theory is to study the impact of individual behavior on the social network and the characteristics of the whole network by forming a network from individual to individual with their behaviors.The prevention and control of HIV infection in MSM based on behavior of network theory is discussed in this article.
