目的探讨工作坊模式在手术室腔镜专业护士培训中的应用效果.方法实施前发放培训需求问卷和手术医生满意度调查表,评估培训人员的现状,成立工作坊小组,制定培训计划和流程.按工作坊模式分7批(每批6人)进行腔镜专业培训.比较培训前后腔镜护士专业知识和技能、手术医生满意度.结果培训后腔镜护士专业技能和医生满意度均得到提高,培训前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论工作坊模式运用于腔镜专业护士培训,有效提高腔镜护士学习的主观能动性及共同参与性,提高了专业技能水平和医生满意度.

Objective To discuss the application effectiveness of workshop mode in the training of operation room professional nurses majored in laparoscopy.Methods The nurses in the operation room were asked to complete the scale of the use of laparoscopy training request and the doctors were invited to complete the satisfaction questionnaire of the nurses' work on the laparoscopy.The seven workshop groups (each group including 6 nurses) were set up for professional training according to the training project and flow.The satisfactory of the surgeons,the nurses' professional knowledge and skills were assessed and compared before and after training.Results The satisfactory of the surgeons,the nurses' professional knowledge and skills were all improved.There was statistical significant difference in the scores of the questionnaire before and after training (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of workshop mode in the training of operation room professional nurses majored in laparoscopy can effective improve the nurses' subjective initiative in study and participatory motivation,increase their professional skill levels and the surgeons' degree of satisfaction.
