目的 研究血浆脑钠肽(BNP)对心力衰竭的诊断价值.方法 选取2013年2月至2014年2月接诊的200例心力衰竭患者作为观察组,随机选取200例健康体检人员作为对照组.测量观察组和对照组血浆中BNP浓度,分析血浆BNP水平与患者的心功能状态的相关性.结果 心力衰竭患者血浆BNP浓度为(575.7±176.5) pg/ml,明显高于对照组[(68.2±17.9) pg/ml],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).血浆BNP浓度随分级从Ⅰ~Ⅳ级逐渐升高,各分级组间BNP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 血浆BNP浓度是诊断心力衰竭的有效方法,血浆BNP水平随心衰严重程度增加而升高,在心力衰竭患者的临床诊断中有着重大作用.

Objective To study the diagnostic value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) for heart failure.Methods 200 cases of heart failure patients within a year were selected as the observation group,200 healthy medical staffs were randomly assigned as the control group.The concentration of plasma BNP of the two groups were measured and we analyzed the correlation between plasma BNP level and cardiac functional status of patients.Results The concentration of plasma BNP in patients with heart failure was (575.7 ± 176.5) pg/ml,significantly higher than the control group (68.2 ± 17.9) pg/ml,the two groups were statistically significantly different (P < 0.05).The concentration of plasma BNP increased gradually with more severe symptoms (class Ⅰ to Ⅳ).Conclusion BNP level may be a reliable method in the diagnosis of heart failure.The level of plasma BNP in patients with heart failure elevated with the severity of heart failure and it plays a significant role in the clinical diagnosis of heart failure.
