目的探讨影响颅脑损伤患者预后的相关因素.方法回顾性分析106例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,观察影响颅脑损伤患者预后危险因素.结果年龄、术前GCS评分、合并损伤、术后感染、休克、血压、血糖均是影响颅脑损伤患者预后的独立危险因素(P＜0.05).结论影响颅脑损伤患者预后的相关因素较多,临床可根据患者个体情况给予相应预防措施.
목적 탐토영향로뇌손상환자예후적상관인소.방법 회고성분석106례로뇌손상환자적림상자료,관찰영향로뇌손상환자예후위험인소.결과 년령、술전GCS평분、합병손상、술후감염、휴극、혈압、혈당균시영향로뇌손상환자예후적독립위험인소(P＜0.05).결론 영향로뇌손상환자예후적상관인소교다,림상가근거환자개체정황급여상응예방조시.
Objective To investigate relevant factors influencing prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out to study the clinical data of 106 cases of craniocerebral injury,and observations were made on risk factors influencing prognosis of patients.Results Age,pre-operative GCS rating,associated injuries,post-operative infection,shock,blood pressure and blood glucose were all the independent risk factors influencing prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There are many relevant factors influencing prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury,so corresponding precautions should be taken according to individual conditions of patients clinically.
