目的探讨中医辨证疗法治疗糖尿病的有效性和安全性.方法选取我院收治的46例糖尿病患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统西医治疗,观察组给予中医辨证治疗.比较两组患者空腹血糖水平、治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率的差异.结果观察组空腹血糖显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.7％,显著高于对照组的65.2％ (P＜0.05);两组患者均无严重不良反应发生(P＞ 0.05).结论中医辨证疗法治疗糖尿病疗效确切,可有效控制血糖,改善患者的临床症状,无严重不良反应.
목적 탐토중의변증요법치료당뇨병적유효성화안전성.방법 선취아원수치적46례당뇨병환자,수궤균분위대조조화관찰조,대조조급여전통서의치료,관찰조급여중의변증치료.비교량조환자공복혈당수평、치료총유효솔화불량반응발생솔적차이.결과 관찰조공복혈당현저우우대조조(P＜0.05);관찰조치료총유효솔위95.7％,현저고우대조조적65.2％ (P＜0.05);량조환자균무엄중불량반응발생(P＞ 0.05).결론 중의변증요법치료당뇨병료효학절,가유효공제혈당,개선환자적림상증상,무엄중불량반응.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of tradition Chinese medicine (TCM) differentiation therapy for the treatment of diabetes.Methods 46 cases of diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given traditional western medicine treatment.The observation group received TCM differentiation therapy.The fasting plasma glucose,total effective rate and adverse reactions rate of two groups were compared.Results The fasting plasma glucose of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.7％,which was significantly higher than 65.2％ of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Both of two groups had no serious adverse reaction (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion TCM differentiation therapy for the treatment of diabetes has exact effect.It can effectively control blood glucose,improve the clinical symptoms without serious adverse reactions.
