调节性T细胞(Treg)是一组具有抑制自身免疫反应,阻止免疫损伤病理发生和维持机体免疫平衡作用的T细胞亚群.其特征是持续表达CD25,特异性表达Foxp3,并低表达CD127.Treg可通过细胞接触或者分泌细胞因子对自身反应性T细胞发挥免疫抑制作用,其免疫抑制活性受多种转录因子调控,如Foxp3、T-bet、干扰素调节因子(IRF)-4、GATA结合蛋白-3及信号传导子与转录激活因子(STAT)-3等.近年,对特发性再生障碍性贫血(IAA)的动物模型和IAA患者的研究发现,其存在Treg数量减少,部分研究发现IAA患者存在Treg功能异常.在Foxp3的调控下,Treg对效应T细胞的免疫抑制功能减弱是IAA发病机制之一.笔者拟就Treg的一般特性及其在IAA发病机制中的作用进行综述如下.

Regulatory T cell (Treg) is a subset of T cell that actively suppresses autoimmunity,prevents immune injury and maintains immune homeostasis.It is characterized by continuous expression of CD25,specific expression of Foxp3 and low expression of CD127.It inhibits auto-reactive T cells through cell contact or secreting cytokines.Its immunosuppressive activity is regulated by many transcription factors,such as Foxp3,T-bet,interferon regulatory factor (IRF)-4,GATA-binding protein (GATA)-3 and signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT)-3.In recent years,many researches found the frequency and number of Treg reducing in both animal models and clinical patients with IAA.In addition,some researches found that the function of Treg was deficient in IAA.Under the regulation of Foxp3,the suppression of Treg on autoreactive effector T cells was impaired which was considered as one of the pathogenesis of IAA.This review summarizes the general characteristics of Treg and the role of Treg in the pathogenesis of IAA.
