血清肿瘤标志物检测临床应用简便,已经成为临床医学工作中不可缺少的手段,在早期发现恶性肿瘤、鉴别诊断良恶性肿瘤、指导肿瘤分期、判断肿瘤预后等方面发挥重要作用.但肿瘤标志物检测敏感性及特异性存在局限性,因此应尽可能发现更多新的标志物.
