目的探讨Solitaire AB型支架机械取栓治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者的临床疗效. 方法广西省贵港市人民医院神经外科自2012年1月至2013年12月收治重症颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者40例,其中采用Solitaire AB型支架机械取栓治疗20例,单纯抗凝治疗20例,回顾性分析及比较2组患者的临床资料和疗效. 结果出院30 d后Solitaire AB型支架机械取栓治疗组患者GOS评分[(4.75±0.44)分]总体高于单纯抗凝治疗组[(3.75±1.29)分],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Solitaire AB型支架机械取栓治疗组患者的治愈率、总有效率(80％、100％)均高于单纯抗凝治疗组(50％、80％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).单纯抗凝治疗组患者发生并发症8例(40.0％),Solitaire AB型支架机械取栓治疗组患者发生并发症2例(10.0％),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.800,P=0.028). 结论 SolitaireAB型支架机械取栓可改善颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者的临床症状体征,提高临床疗效.
목적 탐토Solitaire AB형지가궤계취전치료로내정맥두혈전형성환자적림상료효. 방법 광서성귀항시인민의원신경외과자2012년1월지2013년12월수치중증로내정맥두혈전형성환자40례,기중채용Solitaire AB형지가궤계취전치료20례,단순항응치료20례,회고성분석급비교2조환자적림상자료화료효. 결과 출원30 d후Solitaire AB형지가궤계취전치료조환자GOS평분[(4.75±0.44)분]총체고우단순항응치료조[(3.75±1.29)분],차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).Solitaire AB형지가궤계취전치료조환자적치유솔、총유효솔(80％、100％)균고우단순항응치료조(50％、80％),차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).단순항응치료조환자발생병발증8례(40.0％),Solitaire AB형지가궤계취전치료조환자발생병발증2례(10.0％),차이유통계학의의(x2=4.800,P=0.028). 결론 SolitaireAB형지가궤계취전가개선로내정맥두혈전형성환자적림상증상체정,제고림상료효.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Solitaire AB stents on cranial venous sinus thrombosis.Methods Forty patients with cranial venous sinus thrombosis,admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013,were chosen in our study; and they were divided into study group and control group (n=20) by different treatments.Patients from study group were treated with Solitaire AB stents,and those in control group were treated with conservative anticoagulation.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the clinical effect was compared in the two groups.Results The cure rate and total effective rate in the study group (80.0％ and 100.0％) were higher than these in control group (50.0％ and 80.0％),with significant difference (P＜0.05).Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) scores in the study group (4.75 ±0.44) were much higher than those in the control group (3.75 ± 1.29) 30 d after discharging from the hospital,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Eight patients (40.0％) were noted having complications in the control group,while 2 (10.0％) were noted having complications in the study group,with significant difference (x2=4.800,P=0.028).Conclusion it is good for patients with cranial venous sinus thrombosis to treat with SolitaireAB stents to improve clinical symptoms and clinical effect.
