目的 探讨低频超声辐照携带溶栓药物的微泡造影剂在体外的溶栓效率及其影响因素.方法 制备全血凝块、超声微泡造影剂和链激酶溶液,低频超声功率选择1.2 W/cm2,连续辐照20 min.实验分为3组:A:对照组,加入2 ml生理盐水;B:单纯链激酶组,加入2 ml链激酶溶液;C:超声+微泡+链激酶组,加入2 ml微泡链激酶溶液,处理完毕后将血块分别称重.结果 溶栓药物不影响微泡稳定性,经超声辐照携链激酶微泡溶栓前后的血块质量组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),B、C两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中C组溶栓效率达50.7%.结论 低频超声辐照携链激酶微泡在体外明显促溶深静脉血栓.
目的 探討低頻超聲輻照攜帶溶栓藥物的微泡造影劑在體外的溶栓效率及其影響因素.方法 製備全血凝塊、超聲微泡造影劑和鏈激酶溶液,低頻超聲功率選擇1.2 W/cm2,連續輻照20 min.實驗分為3組:A:對照組,加入2 ml生理鹽水;B:單純鏈激酶組,加入2 ml鏈激酶溶液;C:超聲+微泡+鏈激酶組,加入2 ml微泡鏈激酶溶液,處理完畢後將血塊分彆稱重.結果 溶栓藥物不影響微泡穩定性,經超聲輻照攜鏈激酶微泡溶栓前後的血塊質量組間比較差異均有統計學意義(P<0.01),B、C兩組比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.01),其中C組溶栓效率達50.7%.結論 低頻超聲輻照攜鏈激酶微泡在體外明顯促溶深靜脈血栓.
목적 탐토저빈초성복조휴대용전약물적미포조영제재체외적용전효솔급기영향인소.방법 제비전혈응괴、초성미포조영제화련격매용액,저빈초성공솔선택1.2 W/cm2,련속복조20 min.실험분위3조:A:대조조,가입2 ml생리염수;B:단순련격매조,가입2 ml련격매용액;C:초성+미포+련격매조,가입2 ml미포련격매용액,처리완필후장혈괴분별칭중.결과 용전약물불영향미포은정성,경초성복조휴련격매미포용전전후적혈괴질량조간비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01),B、C량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),기중C조용전효솔체50.7%.결론 저빈초성복조휴련격매미포재체외명현촉용심정맥혈전.
Objective To study thrombolytic efficiency and influencing factors of low-frequency ultrasound-mediated microbubbles carrying streptokinase.Methods Whole blood clots,contrast agent of ultrasound microbubble and streptokinase solution were prepared.Three groups were set up in this study,including control group (C,2 ml normal saline given),streptokinase group (S,streptokinase alone given) and ultrasound microbubble carrying streptokinase group [UMS,ultrasound (1.2 W/cm2 for 20 min) microbubbles carrying streptokinase].After treatment,the whole blood clots were weighed.Results The ultrasound microbubbles carrying streptokinase were stable.There was significant difference in the clot weight among the three groups (P < 0.01).The thrombolysis rate in UMS group was 50.7%.Conclusion Lowfrequency ultrasound-mediated microbubbles carrying streptokinase may promote the dissolution of deep vein thrombosis effectively.
