目的 应用硫化氢对糖尿病骨质疏松模型大鼠干预,观察硫化氢对2型糖尿病骨质疏松的影响.方法 选取2个月龄的SD大鼠90只进行造模,其中25只设立为正常对照组(A组),29只为糖尿病组(B组),30只为硫化氢处理糖尿病组(C组),在造模成功后的2、4、6周对大鼠进行血糖、糖耐量及骨密度测定.结果 2、4、6周后空腹血糖,C组分别为(12.32±2.89)、(13.32±2.12)、(12.42±2.74) mmol/L,B组分别为(14.71 ±4.87)、(16.71 ±5.39)、(17.71±5.23) mmol/L,C组血糖水平相对于B组空腹血糖的状况改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2、6周后行骨密度测定,C组分别为(1.52±0.21)、(1.24±0.23) g/cm2,B组分别为(1.12 ±0.10)、(1.03±0.10) g/cm2,B组骨密度明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 硫化氢可以抑制糖尿病所致的骨质疏松.

Objective To evaluate the protective effects of hydrogen sulfide supplementation against osteoporosis in diabetic osteoporosis rats.Methods The rat diabetic model was established in 90 two-month-old SD rats,and injected with sodium hydrogen sulfide.The rats were randomly divided into three groups:group A,sham control (SHAM) ; group B,diabetic osteoporosis rats; and group C,rats supplemented with hydrogen sulfide.At 2nd,4th and 6th week after model establishment blood glucose,sugar tolerance and bone density were measured in rats.Results The diabetic rats showed a significant decrease in blood glucose levels.Blood glucose was significantly higher in group B than in group A,and the group C rats fasting blood glucose respected to group B improve significantly,and a significant decrease in measure bone density in A group rats compared to B group rats.Conclusion (1) Hydrogen sulfide have a regulatory role on the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the blood.(2) Hydrogen sulfide can improve the situation of osteoporosis.
