目的 探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)1型受体(AT1)和AngⅡ2型受体(AT2)在曲张下肢静脉中的表达及临床意义.方法 收集动脉搭桥手术中采用的正常大隐静脉44例为对照组,下肢静脉曲张52例为曲张组.采用Western blot和间接免疫荧光法,检测正常下肢大隐静脉以及曲张静脉AT1和AT2的表达.结果 AT1和AT2在曲张大隐静脉中的表达(1.0473±0.0732、1.837 5±0.1064)高于正常大隐静脉(0.7560±0.0235、0.944 2±0.567 1,P<0.05),以AT2表达增高更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 AT1和AT2的异常表达,可能导致血管重构并参与曲张静脉的发展.

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1) and angiotensin Ⅱ type 2 receptor (AT2) in varicose vein of lower limbs.Methods Normal great saphenous veins from 44 cases undergoing artery bypass served as control group,and varicose great saphenous veins from 52 cases of lower limb varices as the observation group.Western blotting and indirect immunofluorescence method were applied to detect the expression of AT1 and AT2 in normal great saphenous veins of lower limbs and varicosed veins.Results The expression of AT1 and AT2 in the varicose great saphenous veins (1.047 3 ±0.073 2 and 1.8375 ±0.106 4) was higher than that in the normal great saphenous veins (0.756 0 ± 0.023 5,0.944 2 ± 0.567 1,P < 0.05),and the expression was increased more significantly at AT2 (P < 0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of AT1 and AT2 may lead to vascular remodeling and participate in the development of varicose veins.
