目的观察数字化导向模板在骨科骨折内固定术中应用的效果.方法选取股骨颈骨折患者5例,颈椎骨折患者4例,胸椎骨折患者4例,内踝骨折患者6例,应用Mimics软件,制做各种骨折的个性化模板并应用于这些患者的手术中,观察治疗效果.结果通过数字化导向模板可以较准确地置入长度、方向适宜的螺钉,减少操作时间及手术风险.结论通过三维软件可模拟手术操作,提高术中螺钉放置的精确性,值得在手术中推广应用.

Objective To observe the applications of digital-oriented templates in the orthopedic fracture fixation.Methods Five cases of femoral neck fractures,four cases of cervical spine fracture,four cases of thoracic fractures and six cases of ankle fractures were selected.With the mimics software,personalized templates were prepared and applied.The curative effects were observed.Results With the digital guide template,we could place screws more accurately,shorten operating time and reduce surgical risk.Conclusion The surgical procedure can be simulated by a three-dimensional software.Digital-oriented templates can improve the accuracy of intraoperative screw placement and reduce surgical risks.
