目的 了解上海城区2型糖尿病患者膳食营养状况.方法 2012年10月采用连续3d24h膳食回顾法对上海杨浦区400例2型糖尿病患者的膳食进行调查,了解患者的膳食情况与各营养素状况.组间比较采用t检验或x2检验.结果 糖尿病患者人群能量供给量不足,仅达到成人参考摄入量的62.8%(男性为72.4%,女性为56.5%).每日三大产热营养素的供能比分别为蛋白质14.4%、脂肪33.9%、碳水化合物51.7%,脂肪供热比相对偏高.早餐、中餐与晚餐的供能比分别为23.4%、38.0%与38.6%,早餐供能不足,晚餐供能过多.维生素E、铁、钠、锰、磷和胆固醇的摄入量是超过成人推荐摄入量,分别达到推荐量的149.6%、138.1%、137.1%、132.5%、127.5%和122.0%;而蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、膳食纤维、钙、锌、铜、镁、钾、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2和维生素C的摄入量均未达到成人推荐摄入量,分别仅为推荐量的77.9%、90.3%、57.1%、50.79%、49.3%、81.4%、75.7%、75.7%、77.5%、77.0%、55.0%、58.2%和67.6%.结论 上海城区2型糖尿病患者能量供应不足,营养摄入欠合理,需进一步加强患者的营养教育与膳食指导.

Objective To explore the nutritional status of patients with type 2 diabetes in urban community of Yangpu district in Shanghai.Methods Diet status of 400 patients with type 2 diabetes were investigated by the way of 24-hour dietary recall method for 3 consecutive days,and assess their dietary nutrients.The t test or x2 test was applied in data comparisons among the groups.Results The dietary energy intake of patients with type 2 diabetes was low,only reach to 62.8% of the recommended standard of adult diet nutrients (male 72.4%; female 56.5%).The energy ratio provided by protein,fat and carbohydrate was 14.4%,33.9% and 51.7%,respectively,and the fat intake was relatively higher.The energy ratio provided by breakfast,lunch and supper dinner was 23.4%,38.0% and 38.6%,respectively,and the breakfast was relatively lower,supper dinner was relatively higher.The ratio reach to the recommended standard of adult diet of vitamin E,Ferrum,Niacin,Manganese,phosphorus and cholesterol were 149.6%,138.1%,137.1%,132.5%,127.5% and 122.0%,respectively.But the ratio reach to the recommended standard of protein,fat,carbohydrate,dietary fiber,Calcium,Zinc,Cuprum,Magnesium,Potassium,vitamin A,vitamin B1,vitamin B2 and vitamin C were 77.87%,90.31%,57.06%,50.69%,49.28%,81.43%,75.67%,75.69%,77.50%,77.03%,55.05%,58.17% and 67.63%,respectively.Conclusion The energy provided by diet in patients with type 2 diabetes was low,and some dietary nutrients intake of these patients was unreasonable.Education and instruction of diet and nutrition should be enforced in these patients.
