目的 探讨全胸腔镜解剖肺段切除治疗肺部疾病的临床效果.方法 选取驻马店中心医院2011年9月至2013年9月收治的26例肺部疾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用全胸腔镜肺段切除术进行治疗,并探讨其临床效果.结果 所有患者均成功实施全胸腔镜解剖肺段切除术,平均手术时间为134.1 min,平均出血量为86.7 ml,术后平均住院时间为6.8d,胸腔导流管平均留置时间为3.4d.所有患者中,未发生围术期并发症,无死亡病例.5例原发性支气管肺癌除行肺段切除术再行纵隔系统的淋巴结清除术,淋巴结平均清除12.4枚.结论 全胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术治疗肺部疾病安全可行,术中失血较少,并发症少,术后住院时间较短,临床效果显著,值得在临床推广使用.

목적 탐토전흉강경해부폐단절제치료폐부질병적림상효과.방법 선취주마점중심의원2011년9월지2013년9월수치적26례폐부질병환자작위연구대상,소유환자균채용전흉강경폐단절제술진행치료,병탐토기림상효과.결과 소유환자균성공실시전흉강경해부폐단절제술,평균수술시간위134.1 min,평균출혈량위86.7 ml,술후평균주원시간위6.8d,흉강도류관평균류치시간위3.4d.소유환자중,미발생위술기병발증,무사망병례.5례원발성지기관폐암제행폐단절제술재행종격계통적림파결청제술,림파결평균청제12.4매.결론 전흉강경해부성폐단절제술치료폐부질병안전가행,술중실혈교소,병발증소,술후주원시간교단,림상효과현저,치득재림상추엄사용.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of full thoracoscopic anatomic lung resection on pulmonary diseases.Methods Twenty-six cases of lung disease in Zhumadian central hospital were selected from September 2011 to September 2013.All of the patients were treated with whole sections thoracoscopic lung resection,and the clinical effect was observed.Results All of patients were successfully implemented with full thoracoscopic anatomic lung resection surgery; the amount of mean operation time was 134.1 min,the average blood loss was 86.7 ml,mean postoperative hospital stay was 6.8 d,the average retention time of chest tube diversion of 3.4 d.There was no perioperative complication occurred,and no death.Five cases of primary lung cancer received mediastinal lymph node dissection system except lung resection surgery,the amount of lymphs average cleared 12.4.Conclusions Full thoracoscopic anatomic lung resection is feasible and safe in the treatment of lung disease.It has less blood loss,fewer complication,shorter hospital stay,and the clinical effect is significant.So it is worthy application in clinic.
