目的 研究软组织缺损的Pilon骨折采取外固定支架结合皮瓣手术的临床效果.方法 选取患有软组织缺损的Pilon骨折患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组.对照组实施常规切开钢板内固定治疗,实验组实施外固定支架结合皮瓣治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果及并发症.结果 实验组临床治疗优良率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);实验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 软组织缺损的Pi-lon骨折采取外固定支架结合皮瓣手术治疗,可以获得显著的临床手术效果,并发症极少,使患者健康生活质量得到保障,具有临床推广价值.
目的 研究軟組織缺損的Pilon骨摺採取外固定支架結閤皮瓣手術的臨床效果.方法 選取患有軟組織缺損的Pilon骨摺患者70例,隨機分為實驗組和對照組.對照組實施常規切開鋼闆內固定治療,實驗組實施外固定支架結閤皮瓣治療,分析兩組患者的臨床治療效果及併髮癥.結果 實驗組臨床治療優良率顯著高于對照組(P＜0.05);實驗組併髮癥髮生率顯著低于對照組(P＜0.05).結論 軟組織缺損的Pi-lon骨摺採取外固定支架結閤皮瓣手術治療,可以穫得顯著的臨床手術效果,併髮癥極少,使患者健康生活質量得到保障,具有臨床推廣價值.
목적 연구연조직결손적Pilon골절채취외고정지가결합피판수술적림상효과.방법 선취환유연조직결손적Pilon골절환자70례,수궤분위실험조화대조조.대조조실시상규절개강판내고정치료,실험조실시외고정지가결합피판치료,분석량조환자적림상치료효과급병발증.결과 실험조림상치료우량솔현저고우대조조(P＜0.05);실험조병발증발생솔현저저우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 연조직결손적Pi-lon골절채취외고정지가결합피판수술치료,가이획득현저적림상수술효과,병발증겁소,사환자건강생활질량득도보장,구유림상추엄개치.
Objective To study the effect of external fixation combined with flap operation on Pilon fracture with soft tissue defect.Methods Seventy patients with Pilon fracture with soft tissue defect were selected,all the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received the routine incision and plate fixation,the experimental group received external fixation combined with flap.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The excellent rate of clinical treatment of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The Pilon fracture with soft tissue defect by external fixation combined with flap operation to treatment,can obtain the clinical operation effect,the complications are rare,so that the quality of life of patients were guaranteed,it has clinical value.
