目的探讨胸腔镜下解剖性肺段切除术治疗老年早期肺癌患者的临床效果.方法选取开封市中心医院2012年9月至2013年9月收治的17例早期老年肺癌患者作为研究对象.所有患者采取胸腔镜下解剖性肺段切除治疗,观察和记录手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率.结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间90～350 min,平均200 min,患者住院时间5～18d,平均8.9d.术中出血量55～2700 ml,平均300 ml.术后并发症发生2例(心律失常和肺部感染),发生率为14.2％.结论胸腔镜下行解剖性肺段切除术治疗老年早期肺癌临床效果较好,术后并发症发生少,安全、可行,适用于老年早期肺癌患者的治疗.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thoracoscopic anatomic lung resection on early lung cancer in elderly patients.Methods From September 2012 to September 2013,17 early lung cancer in elderly patients in central hospital of Kaifeng were selected as research subjects.All patients had thoracoscopic anatomic lung resection treatment,and the operating time,hospital stay,the amount of bleeding,postoperative complication rate was observed and recorded.Results All patients had successful operation,the operation time was 90-350 min,mean operation time was 200 min,duration of hospitalization was 5-18 d,the average hospital stay was 8.9 d.Blood loss was 55-2700 ml,the average amount of bleeding was 300 ml.Two cases had postoperative complications (arrhythmia and lung infection),the incidence was 14.2％.Conclusions Thoracoscopic anatomic pulmonary resection in treatment of early lung cancer elderly patients has good clinical effect,fewer postoperative complications,which is a safe and feasible treatment for elderly patients with early lung cancer treatment.
