目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)检测在心血管疾病诊治中的临床价值.方法 随机选取三门峡市中心医院2010年9月至2013年11月收治的冠心病患者60例,另选取60例健康人作为对照组.对两组患者的血清同型半胱氨酸水平进行测定,并对结果进行分析.结果 冠心病组患者的血清HCY水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同类型冠心病患者的血清HCY水平由高到低依次为:陈旧型心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛、稳定型心绞痛,各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血清同型半胱氨酸检测有助于提高心血管疾病的早期诊断准确率,同时有利于对患者的病情做出进一步评估,对于改善预后具有重要意义.

목적 탐토혈청동형반광안산(HCY)검측재심혈관질병진치중적림상개치.방법 수궤선취삼문협시중심의원2010년9월지2013년11월수치적관심병환자60례,령선취60례건강인작위대조조.대량조환자적혈청동형반광안산수평진행측정,병대결과진행분석.결과 관심병조환자적혈청HCY수평명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);불동류형관심병환자적혈청HCY수평유고도저의차위:진구형심기경사、불은정형심교통、은정형심교통,각조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 혈청동형반광안산검측유조우제고심혈관질병적조기진단준학솔,동시유리우대환자적병정주출진일보평고,대우개선예후구유중요의의.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum homocysteine (HCY) on the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.Methods From September 2010 to November 2013,60 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in the central hospital of Sanmenxia hospital were selected as observation group,and 60 healthy people were selected as control group.The serum homocysteine levels were measured,and the results were analyzed.Results Serum HCY level in patients with coronary heart disease group was significantly higher,and the difference was significant (P < 0.05) ; serum HCY levels in patients with different types of coronary heart disease in descending order were:oldmyocardial infarction,unstable angina,stable angina,the differences were significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Serum homocysteine detection can help to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,and to make further assessment of the patient's condition,so is important for improving the prognosis.
