目的 探讨超声检查对胎儿畸形的产前筛查的临床应用价值,分析误诊、漏诊原因,提高诊断率,以降低出生缺陷并为产前干预措施提供依据.方法 对2013年3月至2014年2月驻马店市中心医院就诊进行产前检查的789例孕妇的超声检查结果进行回顾性分析,随访其引产或分娩后的结果,进行畸形种类和诊断符合比率的分析.结果 在789例孕妇(共计812例胎儿)中,经过产前超声检查,引产或顺产后证实胎儿出现畸形的共11例,占1.35％;其中漏诊4例畸形症状,占0.49％;产前超声检查出的畸形271处,产后诊断出298处,诊断检出率为90.94％.结论 超声检查在孕早期能够诊断胎儿发育停止、宫外孕等症状,中晚期能有效判定胎儿畸形、死胎等症状,对胎儿部分畸形诊断具有重要的临床应用价值.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound in prenatal screening for fetal malformations,analyzing misdiagnosis reasons,and to improve the diagnosis rate in order to reduce birth defects and thus provide the basis for prenatal interventions.Methods The prenatal ultrasonic resuits of 789 pregnant women from March 2013 to February 2014 in central hospital of Zhumadian were retrospectively analyzed,and were analyzed induction of labor or childbirth were followed-up.Results Seven hundred and eighty-nine pregnant women with a total of 812 fetuses,abortion or fetal malformation along postpartum confirmed a total of 11 cases after the prenatal ultrasound,accounting for 1.35％ of the total check,which missed 4 cases of abnormal symptoms,the abnormality types and diagnostic accordance rate accounting for 0.49％ of the total check.Two hundred and seventy-one deformity were checked out by prenatal ultrasound,and 298 deformity were diagnosed post-natal,the diagnostic detection rate was 90.94％.Conclusions Ultrasonography can diagnosis the fetal blastocolysis and ectopic pregnancy in the early pregnancy,and can effectively determine the fetal malformation,stillbirth and other symptoms in the mid and late pregnancy.So it has important clinical value on the diagnosis of fetal malformation.
