目的探讨D-二聚体水平变化对脊柱骨折诱发深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床意义,为脊柱骨折并发DVT的早诊断、预防提供指导.方法用统计学方法对收集的78例患者D-二聚体水平进行分析.结果患者D-二聚体阳性率术前与术后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);D-二聚体水平与脊柱骨折的严重程度成正相关.结论 D-二聚体水平有助于及早诊断脊柱骨折诱发DVP,及时的手术治疗有助于降低D-二聚体的水平,并预防DVT的发生.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of D-dimer level changes in deep venous thrombosis(DVT) induced by spinal fracture,and provide guidance for the early diagnosis and prevention of spinal fracture complicated with DVT.Methods The D-dimer levels of 78 patients were analyzed by statistical methods.Results There was significant difference in the D-dimer positive rate between preoperation and postoperation; D-dimer levels were positively correlated with spinal fracture.Conclusions The D-dimer levels are helpful in early diagnosis of DVT induced by spinal fracture,operation treatment timely helps to reduce the level of D-dimer,and prevent the occurrence of DVT.
