目的 探讨采用直肠黏膜排列固定注射术联合肛门环缩术治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效.方法 随机选取漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院2010年2月至2013年7月期间收治的确诊为直肠脱垂患者60例,将其平均分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用直肠黏膜排列固定注射术联合肛门环缩术,对照组采用硬化剂注射加肛门环缩术,对比两组患者的临床疗效.结果 实验组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用直肠黏膜排列固定注射术联合肛门环缩术对直肠脱垂患者进行治疗,疗效显著,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广.

목적 탐토채용직장점막배렬고정주사술연합항문배축술치료직장탈수적림상료효.방법 수궤선취탑하의학고등전과학교제이부속의원2010년2월지2013년7월기간수치적학진위직장탈수환자60례,장기평균분위실험조화대조조,실험조채용직장점막배렬고정주사술연합항문배축술,대조조채용경화제주사가항문배축술,대비량조환자적림상료효.결과 실험조치료총유효솔명현우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 채용직장점막배렬고정주사술연합항문배축술대직장탈수환자진행치료,료효현저,안전가고,건의재림상상진일보추엄.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rectal mucosa arranged using fixed injection technique combined anal banding surgery treatment on rectal prolapse.Methods Sixty cases of rectal prolapse diagnosed patients were randomly selected,in the second affiliated hospital of Luohe medical college,from February 2010 to July 2013,all the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group had rectal mucosa arranged fixed injection technique combined anal ring contraction surgical treatment,the control group were treated with sclerotherapy plus anal banding surgery for treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Rectal mucosa arranged fixed injection technique combined anal banding surgery for the treatment of patients with rectal prolapse has significant effect,is safe and reliable,so it is recommended to be further promoted in clinical practice.
