目的探讨经导管封堵治疗主动脉窦瘤破裂的有效性.方法 5例主动脉窦瘤破裂患者中主动脉右冠窦破裂破裂至右房3例,主动脉无冠窦破裂至右房2例,对5例患者通过建立股动脉-主动脉窦瘤破口-右心房-下腔静脉-股静脉轨道,经股静脉置入合适的PDA封堵器进行封堵.结果主动脉窦瘤破裂患者均封堵成功,1例残余微量分流,术后彩超显示残余分流消失,无并发症.术后规律复查显示心功能教术前改善,肺动脉压降低,封堵器良好.结论经导管封堵治疗主动脉窦瘤破裂是一种微创、有效、安全的治疗方法,近期疗效良好,中远期疗效有待进一步随访、观察.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of trans-catheter closure of ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (RSVS).Methods Five patients were enrolled,including 3 patients with the rupture of right coronary sinus of Valsalva into right atrium and 2 patients with the rupture of non-coronary sinus of Valsalva into right atrium.After the establishment of the arterio-venous wire loop,amplatzer duct occluder was successfully deployed by ante grade venous approach in all patients.Results The ruptures were successfully occluded.Small residual shunt was found in 1 patient,and it was found disappeared later.Conclusions Trans-catheter closure of ruptured sinus of valsalva aneurysm is effective.But the further clinical trials are underway to assess the long term efficacy.
