College employment guidance course is an irreplace-able part of college employment guidance system. In face of col-lege students' severe employment situation, we should have a more further knowledge of the importance of college employment guidance course. Therefore, we should think cautiously and strive to reform and innovate college employment guidance course sys-tem, so as to improve teachers' overall quality, innovate student group construction and feasibly improve students' employment a-bility.
