随着时代发展，国内一批科研单位在上世纪70至90年代兴建或改造的化学试验基地即将面临废弃搬迁。文章以高校试验基地的搬迁工作为例，总结了笔者在实际工作中的宝贵经验，阐述了废弃化学试验基地的风险点和搬迁销爆工作前期规划，分类叙述了不同处理环节的管理办法和应对措施。结合实际操作过程，对搬迁销爆前排查工作中存在的问题进行概述，为相关的各类实验室、中试车间或生产线搬迁工作提供参考。

With the development of the times, a batch of chemical experiment bases established or transformed by domestic scien-tific research units during 1970s~1990s are on the verge of a-bandonment and relocation. Exemplified by the relocation of uni-versity experiment bases, this paper summarizes the writers' pre-cious experience in practical work, expounds the risk points of waste chemical experiment bases and the pre-planning for the relocation and demolishment of them, introduces the management methods and coping measures for different links. Combined with practical operation, we summarizes the problems existing in the investigation before relocation and demolishment, and provides references for the relocation work of relevant laboratories, se-mi-workshops and production lines.
