目的：了解医院药品不良反应（ADR）发生特点及相关因素，促进临床合理用药。方法采取回顾性分析方式，对医院2009年1月_2013年12月上报的84例 ADR 病例进行分类、统计。结果 ADR 病例中，女性患者较多，占总例数的52,38％；抗感染用药占总例数的51,19％；静脉滴注占总例数的89,29％；皮肤及其附件损害为主，其次为全身性损害。结论加强临床用药的合理性，发现 ADR 并及时处理，保证患者用药安全。
목적：료해의원약품불량반응（ADR）발생특점급상관인소，촉진림상합리용약。방법채취회고성분석방식，대의원2009년1월_2013년12월상보적84례 ADR 병례진행분류、통계。결과 ADR 병례중，녀성환자교다，점총례수적52,38％；항감염용약점총례수적51,19％；정맥적주점총례수적89,29％；피부급기부건손해위주，기차위전신성손해。결론가강림상용약적합이성，발현 ADR 병급시처리，보증환자용약안전。
Objective To understand the characteristics and the related factors of adverse drug reaction(ADR)oc_curred at our hospital,so as to promote clinical rational use of drugs, Methods Use the retrospective method to statistically analyze 84 ADR cases reported in January 2009 to December 2013, Results ADR cases more in women,accounting for 52, 38% ;ADR associated with the antibiotics was more prevalent,accounting for 51, 19% ;Administration by intravenous injec_tion accounts for 89, 29% ;ADR occurred most in skin and its appendages,followed by systemic damage, Conclusions Strengthen the rationality of clinical drugs,discover ADR and treat in time so that to secure the usage of drugs in patients.
