针对特种设备检验系统报检时间长的问题,提出了一种基于动态权重的派检模型,并给出了相应算法。根据报检单位报检的先后顺序、设备使用年限以及到期时间因素综合确定派检次序,并且由报检设备实时数量情况动态自适应调整权重参数,每项因素的权重参数通过层次分析法计算获得,提高了派检的系统性和科学性,最后以实际算例阐述了该策略的计算步骤。

This paper puts forward an inspection assignment model base on the dynamic weight, in view of applying for survey with long duration of special equipment inspection management system. The order of mission is determined according to the inspection declaration order, equipment service life and the expiration time, nevertheless, the weight is dynamic self-adapted by the real-time number of equipment, each factor’s weight are calculated by analytic hierarchy process. The proposed method improved the efifciency of the tasking. Finally, the calculation steps are expounded by examples.
