感染是临床上常见的病症,有效治疗的关键在于快速而准确地进行病原学诊断.20世纪90年代降钙素原首次被发现,此后其作为新型炎症标志物广泛应用于临床,成为鉴别细菌感染与其他病原体感染的重要指标.1,3-β-D葡聚糖是真菌及革兰阴性菌的重要结构成分,检测其血浆含量对早期诊断深部真菌感染具有重要价值,现就降钙素原及1,3-β-D葡聚糖检测的临床应用现状作一综述.

Infection is a common illness.The key to effective treatment is to diagnose the etiology quickly and accurately.Procalcitonin was first discovered in 1990s,and then as a new inflammatory marker it is widely used in clinic and becomes an important index to identify the infection of bacterial infections and other pathogens.1,3-β-D glucan is an important structural component of gram-negative bacteria and fungus.So detection of 1,3-β-D glucan level in plasma is of great value for the early diagnosis of invasive fungal infections.This article reviews the status of the clinical application of procalcitonin and 1,3-β-D glucan detection.
