目的 检测微波治疗仪辐射猪肝内顺铂还原铁粉混悬液的热反应和顺铂组织含量.方法 将顺铂含量为9.52 g/L,铁颗粒含量为95.53 g/L的混悬液1.0ml注射入小家猪肝脏内,用医用微波治疗仪对该注射点进行局部微波加热.用红外热像仪测定加热10、20 min时的温度和发热体最大直径,用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)检测加热20 min、24h顺铂组织含量.将注射同等剂量顺铂者作为对照.结果 采用微波治疗仪辐射猪肝脏内顺铂还原铁粉混悬液10~20 min,低能级组(30 W)、高能级组(60 W)和对照组(60 W)局部温度分别可以达到43~ 46、45 ~ 52和39~40℃;大于45℃发热体最大直径分别为(2.28 ±0.29)、(2.89±0.32) cm和无;顺铂组织含量分别为(2.16 ±0.17)、(2.15 ±0.13)和(2.22 ±0.35) g/L,24 h以后分别为(1.52 ±0.10)、(1.67 ±0.16)和(0.61±0.14) g/L(P<0.01).结论 医用微波治疗仪体外辐射可以在10~20 min内将含有还原铁粉顺铂混悬液的肝组织快速升温至42 ~ 52℃,且局部具有较高的抗癌药物组织含量,发热体直径明显大于对照组.

목적 검측미파치료의복사저간내순박환원철분혼현액적열반응화순박조직함량.방법 장순박함량위9.52 g/L,철과립함량위95.53 g/L적혼현액1.0ml주사입소가저간장내,용의용미파치료의대해주사점진행국부미파가열.용홍외열상의측정가열10、20 min시적온도화발열체최대직경,용고효액상색보의(HPLC)검측가열20 min、24h순박조직함량.장주사동등제량순박자작위대조.결과 채용미파치료의복사저간장내순박환원철분혼현액10~20 min,저능급조(30 W)、고능급조(60 W)화대조조(60 W)국부온도분별가이체도43~ 46、45 ~ 52화39~40℃;대우45℃발열체최대직경분별위(2.28 ±0.29)、(2.89±0.32) cm화무;순박조직함량분별위(2.16 ±0.17)、(2.15 ±0.13)화(2.22 ±0.35) g/L,24 h이후분별위(1.52 ±0.10)、(1.67 ±0.16)화(0.61±0.14) g/L(P<0.01).결론 의용미파치료의체외복사가이재10~20 min내장함유환원철분순박혼현액적간조직쾌속승온지42 ~ 52℃,차국부구유교고적항암약물조직함량,발열체직경명현대우대조조.
Objective To detect the thermal effect of clinical outbody microwave enhanced by cisplatin-ferric powder reduced partical suspl and the cisplatin content in pig liver.Methods 1.0 ml of cisplatin-ferric powder reduced partical (Fe content:95.53 g/L,and cisplatin:9.52 g/L) suspl was injected into pig liver,then the clinical outbody microwave (30 W,60 W) was used to heat the same site.Ten and 20 min later the local tempratures,and the hot body diameters were detected by infrared ray temprature detector.Twenty min and 24 h later,the local cisplatin contents were also detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results After the microwave heating lasted 10-20 min,the local tempratures in the low (30 W) energy group,the high (60 W) energy group and the control group (injection of cisplatin alone,60 W) were 43-46,45-52,and 39-40 ℃ respectively; the hot body diameters (over 45 ℃) were 2.28 ± 0.29,2.89 ± 0.32 and 0.00 cm respectively; the local cisplatin contents were (2.16 ± 0.17),(2.15 ± 0.13) and (2.22 ± 0.35) g/L respectively,and after 24 h (1.52 ± 0.10),(1.67 ±0.16) and (0.61 ±0.14) g/L respectively (P<0.01).Conclusion The local temprature of cisplatin-ferric powder reduced partical suspl in pig liver can be easily increased to 42-52 ℃ by the clinical outbody microwave,and the hot body diameters and the local cisplatin contents are increased as compared with the control group.
