Geraniin%Bone mineral density%Osteoporosis
目的 观察老鹳草素对地塞米松诱发大鼠骨质疏松症的影响.方法 将6个月龄雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、5、10、20 mg/kg老鹳草素组和2 mg/kg阿仑膦酸钠组.大鼠肌肉注射地塞米松(1 mg/kg),老鹳草素连续灌胃90d,对股骨和腰椎进行骨密度及骨组织形态计量学检测.结果 对照组股骨和椎骨骨密度分别为(0.20±0.01)和(0.18±0.01) g/cm2,模型组分别为(0.15±0.01)和(0.10 ±0.01) g/cm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与模型组比较,10、20 mg/kg老鹳草素能显著提高股骨和椎骨的骨密度.5 mg/kg老鹳草素可增加模型组大鼠股骨骨小梁表面积百分率、骨小梁间距和骨小梁节点数;10、20 mg/kg老鹳草素明显增加模型组大鼠股骨和椎骨骨小梁计数、骨小梁宽度和骨小梁表面积百分率,增多小梁节点数、减少骨小梁间隙距离和小梁游离末端数.结论老鹳草素具有抑制地塞米松引起大鼠骨质疏松症的作用,并呈剂量-效应关系.

목적 관찰로관초소대지새미송유발대서골질소송증적영향.방법 장6개월령자성Wistar대서수궤분위대조조、모형조、5、10、20 mg/kg로관초소조화2 mg/kg아륜련산납조.대서기육주사지새미송(1 mg/kg),로관초소련속관위90d,대고골화요추진행골밀도급골조직형태계량학검측.결과 대조조고골화추골골밀도분별위(0.20±0.01)화(0.18±0.01) g/cm2,모형조분별위(0.15±0.01)화(0.10 ±0.01) g/cm2,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).여모형조비교,10、20 mg/kg로관초소능현저제고고골화추골적골밀도.5 mg/kg로관초소가증가모형조대서고골골소량표면적백분솔、골소량간거화골소량절점수;10、20 mg/kg로관초소명현증가모형조대서고골화추골골소량계수、골소량관도화골소량표면적백분솔,증다소량절점수、감소골소량간극거리화소량유리말단수.결론로관초소구유억제지새미송인기대서골질소송증적작용,병정제량-효응관계.
Objective To observe the effect of geraniin on dexamethasone-induced experimental osteoporosis.Methods The female Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,geraniin (5,10 or 20 mg/kg) groups and alendronate group.The bone mineral density (BMD) and histomorphometry of both femur and lumbar vertebra were measured.Results The BMD of the femur and lumbar vertebra in the control group was (0.20 ±0.01) and (0.18 ±0.01) g/cm2,and that in model group was (0.15 ±0.01) and (0.10 ±0.01) g/cm2,with the difference being significant (P <0.05).As compared with the model group,10 and 20 mg/kg geraniin significantly increased the BMD of both femur and lumbar vertebra.For the model rats administrated with geraniin (5 mg/kg),some parameters including percentage of trabecular area (% Th.Ar),the trabecular separation (Tb.Sp) and trabecular joint (JOINT) were increased.For both fermur and vertebra,geraniin (10 or 20 mg/kg) increased the trabecular number (Th.N),trabecular width (Tb.Wi),% Tb.Ar and JOINT of the model rats.Conclusion Geraniin inhibits dexamethasone-induced rat osteoporosis with a dose-response relationship.
