目的 了解男女学生对护理专业认同感的差异,为护理专业教育提供参考依据.方法 自制调查问卷,对湖南医药学院2012级护理专业62名男生和66名女生进行问卷调查.结果 在专业认同感方面,专业选择、专业情感维度、专业价值维度,女生的情况均好于男生,差异具有统计学意义,表明男生的护理专业认同感低于女生.结论 医学院校需要根据护理专业男生的特点,有针对性地加强男生的护理专业思想教育,做好职业规划,增强专业认同感.

Objective In order to understand the differences of nursing professional identification among the male and female students,which provide scientific reference for nursing education.Methods Questionnaire was designed for baccalaureate nursing students,62 male nursing students and 66 female nursing students from grade 2012 in Hunan University of Medicine were investigated.Results Female student was better than male in nursing professional choice,professional emotion dimensionality and professional values dimensionality,in nursing professional identification,it have significantly difference in statistical,it indicated that male students were lower than female in professional identification.Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the male students' nursing professional ideology education and consolidate their professional identification in the university
